How long does it take to get my order?

Any item in stock will be shipped within 1-3 business days of placing the order.

Any items which are made to order will take 5-7 business days to ship the product. If it is made to order but we have it in stock then it will be shipped out earlier. Any delays due to any emergency or unseen incidents it will be notified via sms or email. 

Processing timings are different to shipping time. Shipping timing will usually take 1-2 days locally. Inter island takes 3-5 days. International shipping times varies from 7-20 days depending on the country you have ordered from. 

Will i Get my tracking details when i place an order?

Yes, an email will be sent out to you once the courier has be picked up. 

How will i receive my packaging?

You will receive your order either in a box or a bubble wrap which is secured with packaging material. On arrival of your package kindly check thoroughly and inform us if you received damaged product or wrong item. Returns are made only on these instances. How do i care for my piece of jewellery?

Its very easy to take care of our jewellery pieces. If you got make up on our polymer clay jewellery, wipe it off with either mild soap and water or baby wipes so you can get rid of make up. 

Our gold jewellery is known for longeivity. It doesnt tarnish easily. So to help these last long pack it in cotton and box it in air tight containers. 

 Why does my products doesnt look same as the jewellery or accessories?

I have tried my best to keep all the jewellery and accessories to the gradient so it looks real. But there will be slight variation in imaging due to lighting or hand mixing clay component. Since there are made handmade in small batches there will be slight variation in the colour for made to order. But most of our products look the same when you receive it.

Will you accept returns and exchange products?

Unfortunately we dont accept returns and exchange since its an hygiene issue. But we accept return/refund for damaged or wrong product sent. However shipping cost will be on the customer. 

Can we buy in bulk or do you offer wholesale?

We accept Debit/Credit, Paypal, Shop pay as of now at checkout.
